Maria is great to have on a team as she brings a fresh calm demeanor to her approach to all aspects, both positive and negative situations. She has stepped in to support the team in many aspects, from schedule to training to client relations - a natural leader. Remains focused while the work load is heavy or light, when the workload is light she manages accounts and continues to complete necessary tasks. Very well versed in both product knowledge and applications (such as Salesforce) and continues to pass the wealth of knowledge along to the team. Very professional approach to client facing issues and quick to find solutions to problems.

Maria Silvestre was a motivated great worker to have during her time at Fashion HS. She helped assist me when it came to social media content for my girls Track Team, as she promoted Highlights, articles, and helped with engaging incoming 8th graders to the school, as part of the admissions team in the building. She has a glow about her that’s full of positivity energy and is a hard worker. Her energy is contagious and will always give 100%. It was refreshing to see her work ethic and effort she brought everyday to work.

Maria has been a pleasure to work with. She handles and takes care of tasks without having to be prompted and is very proactive when it comes to taking on tasks. Her constant positive attitude is a breath of fresh air, especially during the hectic moments. She is always eager to learn and try new things. During her time here she has been very helpful in the day to day support and pitching in at all phases of design--from making revisions to sketches and creating full color CADS for sketch review and presentation to setting up presentation boards and tech packs as well as making prototype corrections. After a year of working with us and starting out as an intern, she's very much operating at an assistant level.
